At 2:54 in the morning, you might hear bumps and blame the neighbors or the cleaning crew on site. Don't believe it, this place is hiding a haunted gem! Ghosts up to the navel, apparently. I tried to use the TV, but the ghosts made the remote almost impossible to use. I even saw a doll-like figure turn down the refrigerator temperature. Then a restless spirit nearly strangled me while I was using the Wi-Fi to connect my phone to the TV. This was the spookiest hotel stay I've ever had. Five stars, try these rooms at your own risk!

This was so stressful. The staff kept pestering us to leave our room key card with them when going out, more than five times in a row while we were sitting in the lobby. I understand they don't want the card lost, but I speak fluent Chinese and had told them I wasn't going out, just seeing my friend off to the car. Then, while I was talking with the driver about the costs, a staff member barged in again to ask for the card. So annoying.

I spent one night in room 312. The spa and jacuzzi were good, but noise carried badly through the walls. There was also a door right beside the bed, and the noises from it kept bothering me. Maybe it was housekeeping.
