The hotel is in the Central Business area, with banks and offices nearby, but not many places to eat. Staff across the hotel were helpful and friendly, and spoke English well. Our room was clean, with a nice big bathtub, and the facilities were excellent. I had a restful, welcoming stay with my teenage son. We would have liked to use the gym and infinity pool. The gym has a spiral staircase, and the pool is right in front of it.

The room was very clean, and complimentary drinks and fruit were provided every day. Staff in the fifth-level executive lounge were friendly and helpful, always attentive and smiling when they greeted customers. The level-three buffet breakfast had lots of variety and was nice, though it would be good to rotate the dishes daily so long-stay guests don’t get bored. Overall, I felt the stay was worth the price.

The breakfast had plenty of fresh, delicious choices, and the staff were hardworking and courteous every time I interacted with them. Everything at the millenium hotel felt top notch, including the luxurious rooms. A great place to stay in Taichung, and a real five-star experience.

I spent six months in Taiwan on a business trip and stayed at Millennium. The gym was the only thing I had to complain about. The atmosphere, neighborhood, amenities, room service, and food were all amazing. I’d stayed at another hotel in Taichung before, and based on that experience, this was the finest place to stay in the area.

I had a comfortable stay at this beautiful hotel, with excellent service. Derek at the check-in counter was friendly and helpful, Danny at the door took care of storing our luggage, and Brian and Dolly served us well in the lounge and made excellent cocktails.
