I left after just one night because the main issues were privacy and noise. The girls’ dorm faces the men’s room, and the bathrooms face it too. There’s nowhere to change clothes, and I felt very uncomfortable with men staring. The lockers are outside the room, which made the privacy problem worse. Two hallway sinks are shared by more than 15 people, and the hair dryer was loud for hours late at night and started up again early in the morning, so I slept very poorly. The owner should at least get quieter dryers and add curtains between the men’s and women’s sink areas. The toilet paper holder was cheap, sharp aluminum, placed so badly that it cut me. There were some good points: the front desk staff were helpful, the cleaning lady did a good job, and the lobby had an interesting design. They also stored luggage for me. 🙏🏼

A decent location, about an 8-minute walk from the night market, and you can lock your belongings in lockers. Each bed has a privacy curtain, with two 2-pin charging points and two USB charging points. The rooms and toilets were clean, and body soap and shampoo were provided. Recommended for solo travellers!

There’s a nice common area, lockers, and you can hang around even after checking out. The hotel exceeded my expectations: it was clean, modern, and spacious, with a great location near the night market, mini market, and shops.

The front desk was helpful, and they kept my suitcase while I was out for the whole day before I came back to check in. But the room was definitely not clean. There was sauce on the door that hadn’t been wiped off, and the bedding had spots on it too.

The room, bathroom, and toilet were all clean and neat, and I had a good stay for a very cheap bunk bed price. Staff were friendly and took the time to explain the rules, which I really appreciated. The lobby’s clean, tidy resting and meeting area was a nice place for us to hang out and chat. There’s also a living room outside the rooms with a TV, piano, and dining table. I’d recommend it to a friend visiting Taichung on a short trip.
