The staff were kind and professional, and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I got sick and had to stay in the room all day, but I was comfortable there the whole time.

Stayed in August 2024. The suite was dated, but very clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were polite. 4.5 stars.

For the price, it was a decent stay. Service was pretty minimal, though staff did always greet us when we came in. Our superior double room was enormous at 53m2, with separate living and sleeping areas. It’s a little dated, the air conditioning was somewhat noisy, and the included breakfast was very average.

We’d stayed here a few times before and thought it was good value, with a great location, spacious rooms for the price, and decent service. This visit was so disappointing that we won’t return. We stayed one night, and the way staff handled things showed very little empathy or professionalism, especially toward our family with two small children. When we asked about the usual room supplies, we learned toothbrushes were no longer provided automatically, though you can request them at reception. We understand the change, but the receptionist responded in a disrespectful tone, asking, “you didn’t bring those things?” after we’d already asked if they could provide them. Just five minutes after we arrived with the kids, before we’d had a chance to settle in or even look around the room, reception called to say another guest had complained that we were too loud. Later, one of our children cried for a while and couldn’t get to sleep. Once we finally managed to settle her, staff first called and then knocked on the door, waking her just to tell us again that guests had complained. The attitude throughout felt unreasonable and completely unacceptable. We were very disappointed with the service for a hotel at this price. I can’t recommend it, and I’d strongly advise families not to spend their time, money, and energy here.
