My five-year-old loved the indoor playground on the 2nd floor and spent time there on both days. There was a roomy outdoor play area too, with ball games, balance bikes, and big yoga balls. The hotel felt calm at night, even with lots of families staying. Our room was clean and had what we needed, including a baby bath and a kids' toothbrush. We had breakfast and lunch there, and both were very good, with plenty of choices on the menu. Even my picky son found food he liked. The staff were thoughtful and really helpful. I'd highly recommend it for a family trip.

Our family felt at home here, and the kids especially liked the thoughtful amenities for them. The facilities were spotless, and the whole place felt peaceful and welcoming. From the moment we arrived at Shineworld 11, the staff treated us with real warmth and care. Their attentiveness and effort to keep us comfortable showed in every interaction. The kids still love the playground, at least. The restaurant seems to have changed, though. The food doesn't taste as good as it used to, and the staff were unprofessional, didn't smile, and looked unhappy at work. Poor me.

The room was clean and comfortable, but there isn't much floor space for big suitcases. There's no wardrobe either, so we had very little room to hang clothes. I loved the play area. The restaurant closes at 8 pm, with last orders at 7, which felt a bit early for a hotel restaurant. The spa costs an extra 100 yuan per person and needs to be booked.
