The included breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was really nice, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I logged into my Netflix on the TV. The service was top notch, and I'd absolutely stay here again.

I spent 4 days and 3 nights here and loved the excellent service. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the air conditioning was the best. Travelers should give this place a try!

We found the hotel useful for both heading downtown and sightseeing along the coast. Rooms are spacious and nicely equipped, and the complimentary breakfast was great, with plenty of choice, fresh ingredients, and tasty coffee. The bar shuts at 12:30, which felt early, though the bartender let us order a drink just after last call. If your plans are only downtown, you could stay closer. For seeing more of Tainan, this is a great hotel.

On my third stay, I was pleased again. Everyone was exceptionally warm and welcoming, from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast waiters. The room was spacious and well maintained, with reliable air conditioning, though it was too cold for me at any thermostat setting. I just switched it off while in the room, which was fine. The shower always had hot water and good pressure, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Breakfast offered lots of choices, including eggs and omelettes made to order, though a few more options for Western guests would be nice. The location is good, with plenty of shops, convenience stores, and restaurants within walking distance. They also rent bicycles and scooters.

Breakfast had lots of choices and was excellent, and there's a good gym. The hotel is very nice and upscale, with a large, elegant room and a beautiful bathroom. Everything was in perfect condition.
