Hotel Attic

I booked a city-view room, but all I could see was the outside wall of another building. Aside from that, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were patient, friendly, and helpful. There’s a washer and dryer in the shared area, plus free snacks and melon tea all day. The hotel is on the 10th floor of a residential building, a three-minute walk from Ximen Metro Station and close to restaurants and shops.

A cozy place with reception open 24/7, and I really enjoyed my stay. It’s a short walk to Ximending, and the staff were lovely and accommodating. There’s a separate room with a washer and dryer and filtered water for refilling bottles. I’d happily come back.

I was happy with my stay overall. The rooms were clean, the staff were especially helpful and friendly, and there’s a pantry with basic drinks and light snacks. They also have a washing machine, and the bathroom supplies are Japanese-style products and not skimped on. The hotel is a whole floor of an old apartment building outside, between the president palace and xi men station. It’s about a five-minute walk to the main xi men station. My one concern was fire safety, given how old and occupied the building is.

The room was clean and spacious, with a small pantry offering free winter melon drink and some snacks. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, plus Carrefour and Ximending nearby. The only snag was finding the building entrance at first, it was a bit tricky.
