I left right away and had to ask Hotels.com, where I booked, to help start a refund. Luckily they assisted, and I found a room at City Suites hotel, a 2 minute walk away. I couldn't stay in either room here. Room 907 reeked of cigarettes, and opening the window for fresh air didn't help. The WiFi wouldn't connect, and after about ten minutes I had a headache. When I asked to switch rooms, the counter manager said none were available. I then asked to cancel, and was given a card for room 902, but it smelled so strongly of mold I couldn't even walk in. I arrived to find an old building and a rather dismal check-in counter. When I asked for a refund, I was told to contact Hotels.com. I should have read the reviews before booking. After reading them, I can completely understand the low ratings. DO NOT STAY HERE!
