Just Palace

The room smelled awful, and the space made me feel extremely uncomfortable, like I was in a hospital ward. The bathroom accessibility setup was just like one in a hospital room. The whole stay was terrible.

The air conditioner was really loud, and the room had a strong, unpleasant musty smell. Overall, a very bad experience.

Set in a vertical housing suburb away from the busy city, this boutique hotel has a European feel. The front desk service was polite, and the rooms and toilets were clean. Tea, coffee, and water are complimentary each day. There are lots of bubble tea shops, cafes, and traditional food stalls nearby.

I stayed for a week, and the housekeeping person I met was amazing, super friendly, and went out of their way to help. My room was sparkling clean and well organized. I really liked the Japanese-style separate bath and Toto toilet. The hotel has a relaxing, spacious, artistic feel, with Alice in Wonderland themes everywhere, and everything is within easy walking distance. Most of my stay was quiet, but soundproofing near the door isn’t great and it depends on who’s next door. When a family with kids arrived, I could hear them right away. On my last day, the noise bothered me enough to take off a star. I suggest the hotel do something about the noisy guests playing in the hallway as if it were a playground,This seriously disrupts the quality of other guests' stays。 I highly recommend staying here and would like to return if I’m in the area again.
