The room had a bit of a smell, but the location and service were great. The receptionist was lovely and really helpful.

I expected a good deal, but the stay turned into a terrible experience. When I got there, the hotel door was shut and nobody was around to check me in. I called both numbers posted on the door four times and got no answer, so I had to book somewhere else. Now I'm trying to get a refund, but the hotel hasn't replied to the vendor either, leaving the process stuck for a whole month. Honestly, this is the first bad review I've written, but it was an awful experience.

The only real plus was being a short walk from the MRT. Customer service was terrible, and the room facilities were barely acceptable.

The room was cozy, the air conditioning worked well, and there were good amenities, including bottled water, a mini fridge, and closet space. The woman at the front desk on the 14th floor was really kind.

It was clean and within walking distance of Taipei City Hall and eslite. There are shared sofa spaces and a kitchen where you can hang out. Just be aware reception isn't open in the early hours to help arrange a taxi.
