The restaurant has a nice view over the city, and the breakfast there was good. The staff were very friendly. Finding the hotel's main entrance was tricky because it shares the check-in area with Riverview Hotel. After getting your key card, you walk down a short corridor to the next block.

The view is panoramic, with mountains visible, and Shimen MRT is a 15-minute walk away. The room is spacious by Taipei hotel standards and has a mid-sized bathtub. The shower gets very hot and has strong pressure. There’s a safe, a large TV, and an electric kettle, plus Taiwan Oolong teas and UCC remixed coffee supplied daily. Breakfast is simple, with fried eggs, ham, potatoes, Taiwan stir-fry dishes, and rice congee with pickled sides.

The breakfast restaurant has a beautiful view, and I can't imagine many other hotels showing scenery like that. The people working here gave me excellent service. I'd give them six stars out of five if the rating allowed it. Taiwan averages 280 rainy days a year, so check the forecast before you come. ^^ 😀

The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the room was big, over 30 square meters, with daily cleaning. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept things cold. In the bathroom there's a bidet, and the shower pressure is strong. Drinking water, vanity and bath products, coffee, tea, and internet are included. Breakfast is free and the menu changes every day. They also offer a free shared car to and from Ximen MRT station, about a kilometer away or a 10-minute walk. Best hotel in Taipei.

I liked the friendly, supportive staff and the roomy space, over 30 square meters, which was cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The bathroom has a bidet and good shower pressure. Drinking water, toiletries, bath products, coffee, tea, and Wi-Fi are complimentary. Breakfast is included, with something different on the menu daily. There's also a free shuttle to and from Ximen MRT station, about a kilometer away, or a 10-minute walk. Top hotel in Taipei.
