Xiaojie was a great help. She took the time to show us around the area and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

We couldn't rest at all because this was the noisiest room we've ever had. There was no internet signal, and the wifi didn't work either.

Getting the booking sorted out was a really unpleasant experience, though the front desk staff were very friendly when I checked in. The room was comfortable and getting around was convenient. But the soundproofing was poor. Around 1 a.m. I could clearly hear the people next door talking and laughing, along with children running, jumping, and walking. Traffic from the main street was loud too. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this probably won't suit you. I saw reviews saying earplugs were sold in the vending machine, but I don't like sleeping in earplugs and really didn't want to use them.
