It was my first visit to Xiaoliuqiu and a fantastic experience. The owner was very welcoming, and the place was clean. I especially liked having a balcony where I could enjoy a beer. I'll ask to stay with this owner again next time!

The owner was incredibly patient with all my questions on my first trip to Xiaoliuqiu. He helped with our luggage and took us straight to the guesthouse when we got off the boat. At dinner he treated us to the local specialty, Kabutun beer. The evening intertidal zone and stargazing tours were fantastic, and the clear weather let us see the stars beautifully. Our four-person room had a balcony with a lovely night view. The owner also ordered fried dough twists for us and delivered them, which was so convenient. It was a wonderful trip, and I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a double room and a twin room, both with a TV, fridge, table, and chairs. The beds were comfortably in between too hard and too soft, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cool. The bathroom wasn't divided into wet and dry areas, but cleanliness matters most. The B&B doesn't provide toothbrushes or bath towels, so bring your own to help protect the sea. They use environmentally friendly shampoo and bath products too. The location was convenient, and cycling all the way around Xiaoliuqiu takes about half an hour to an hour. We arrived early in the morning, and the owner greeted us on her bike and took us to the accommodation. Check-in wasn't until the afternoon, but we could leave our luggage. There's a big table downstairs for eating and chatting, a large Xiaoliuqiu map showing famous sights on the wall, and a water dispenser nearby. The owners were incredibly helpful and patiently answered all my questions about history, geography, and daily life. When I asked about seeing stars that night, he contacted his ecologist friend. He also chatted and laughed with us in the evening, which felt just like being with a friend. I loved the experience and would definitely visit Liulian again. When we left, the owner helped with our bags and went with us to Liuqiu Pier, showing us how to collect duty-free items and board the ferry. Such thoughtful service. My first Xiaoliuqiu trip was spent at Liulian, and the B&B felt warm and cozy, like coming home.
