Ching Yeh Hotel

The front desk service was the rough part: poor communication and a bad attitude. I hope they hire receptionists who can speak and understand English, since some foreign guests don't speak Chinese well. The room itself was clean, the air conditioning was good, and the bathroom was fine with clean water. The mattress had a bit of a smell, but it didn't really matter to me. I had a good experience overall and recommend staying here, though customer service and communication need improvement.

The hotel is clean and good, but the customer service and attitude were terrible. I don't understand why the woman at the desk was so disrespectful to people with special needs, including vegetarians. I hope they hire kinder front desk staff someday. Until then, we won't return.

The rooms are clean, but the receptionists were unfriendly and hard to communicate with, and I found them disrespectful. When discussing room prices, they seemed to offer the more expensive room even though cheaper ones were available. We tried to book well ahead for the next three weeks, but they told us to come back tomorrow to get the schedule for a room at the price we could afford. It was frustrating that they couldn't find a convenient way to handle the booking.

The price is reasonable and the hotel is good. Breakfast was average.
