The hotel was peaceful, and a cheeky monkey even came by. The sea is only a minute away and stays very calm during the day, with plenty of places to relax and eat on the beach. Our room and the amenities were great, and we could also use those at the sister hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful, and manager Aliya was especially sweet and wonderful. We’d definitely come back to Zanzibar and stay here again.

The bungalows are lovely and clean, simple but equipped with everything we needed. Since there are no windows, we woke each morning to the sounds of the jungle. Breakfast came with fresh fruit and juice, and the lunch and dinner menu options were delicious too. Everyone at Bellevue was warm and friendly. I stayed there for 10 days with my son, and it was very family friendly. We’ll definitely return next year!

The food was amazing and reasonably priced, and the rooms, staff, and service were all wonderful. It’s a beautiful spot right on the beach with sea views. I’ll have to come back, and I’m looking forward to seeing the new restaurant in action if I do.

Bellevue Zanzibar’s team helped make our trip unforgettable. They arranged a beach wedding for us, and it turned out to be incredibly romantic and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything about our stay was just right.

At night there’s plenty of wildlife around, including monkeys and birds, and after sunset the sky is lovely. You can even see the Milky Way. The beach is an easy walk away and the views are stunning. The hotel itself has beautiful rooms, great coffee, and a good breakfast. The food is a bit pricey, but there are more affordable restaurants if you walk along the beach. All things considered, a really good place to stay on Zanzibar.
