It's cozy, clean and has a nice atmosphere, in a good spot that's quiet but still within easy reach of lots of places by car. You can even walk to Paje beach if you want. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and we enjoyed seeing them each day. The attentive, caring manager was a real plus. The place welcomes pets and looks after several cats and dogs, which was a nice touch. There's cool, white sand throughout the grounds. The rooms and pool are small, but they worked for us. These are bungalows, after all, not a high-star hotel. For the price and what we expected, I'm giving it five stars. Thanks to the crew for the good memories 🌄

Palm trees give you much-needed shade in Zanzibar, while the beach next to the hotel is there if you want sun or a change of scenery. There's a decent-sized swimming pool, a restaurant, friendly staff and a helpful owner. They can arrange safari trips on the mainland, a Blue Safari in the ocean and other outings, as well as car rental. I was surprised I could rent one with a European driving license, though driving was kind of an adventure. The owners have lived there for a while and know the island, so they can share tips on what to see. A great place to relax or explore the island, and I can recommend it.

We miss this place and Marlena and Przemek, and would definitely like to come back soon. It's a little paradise for anyone wanting to get away from the busy feel of big hotels, towns or cities, though Bwejuu and Paje are within walking distance. Every bungalow faces the ocean, where the tides are spectacular. Mornings begin with that breathtaking view, then the friendly local chefs and waiters greet you with big smiles and a generous breakfast. Sometimes at lunch or dinner, the food seems to come straight from the ocean to your plate! You can relax in a hammock among the coconut palms, cool off in the pool while admiring the ocean, or read on one of the most comfortable loungers on the beach. You really don't have to worry about anything. Marlena and Przemek are always happy to share their knowledge and experience, and can arrange a safari, snorkeling at the Blue Lagoon or elsewhere, a spice farm visit, and plenty more.

A nice, cozy place that welcomes animals, with very reasonable prices. The piñacolada was so delicious! We tried lots of food in Bwejuu and Paje, and this restaurant was definitely the best. The beef burger was juicy and fresh, and the chicken curry tasted amazing. Great place!

The location is great, and the rooms are pleasant and clean. The staff are what really make this such a good place to stay. I'd recommend it 100% if you visit zanzibar. The restaurant food is amazing too!
