From reception through to the restaurant, the service was great. I enjoyed my stay, and a special shout out to Frank!

The breakfast spread had pork sausages and bacon, which I loved.

The breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed at Element for one night and really liked it. The location was good too.

I stayed for two weeks on a work trip and found it comfortable, with a central location about a 5-minute walk from Slipway shops and restaurants. The service staff were all amazing. The rooms were spacious, especially the bathroom, and the shower had three settings. Weeknight happy hour from 6-7:30pm with wine, beer and snacks was a nice way to unwind after a long work day. Getting things brought to the room was frustrating. Even an extra towel took an hour despite multiple follow ups, and once what we asked for never arrived, so I gave up. I also had to pay for the whole two-week stay at check in, while most places let you pay at checkout. Breakfast was underwhelming, though not bad. The coffee, mini wraps and fresh fruit were the best parts. I had a bikini wax and pedicure at the spa, and both were probably the worst experiences. I had to ask the lady to remove the nail polish she'd just put on, and the wax left bruises. At my first appointment, they told me to come back the next day because I was double booked with someone else.
