I paid 120000 for one night on 17th jan 2021 at iris hotel. It’s clean and a good hotel, but the AC didn’t work and there was no 2water from the shower. The customer service was good, but they had no similar room to exchange for mine. How would I get some money back, or what could they offer me?

The barbecue street food is tasty, and it’s always got customers, which says plenty about how people like the food. Prices are affordable 👌. Don’t miss this street food joint. Stay safe and enjoy your meal.

I’m staying in their PG accommodation because my company placed me here, so I have to make do. The food is average, sometimes below average. Water isn’t reliable: it can stop halfway through a shower and sometimes doesn’t come back. The drainage is always a problem too. They accept the complaints, but nothing gets fixed. Instead, they tell us about African scenarios.

The staff are kind and accommodating, though there’s only so much they can do about the issues here. The food was good, mostly Indian dishes, but the restaurant is open for limited hours. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. The furniture is very old and the bedsheets are low quality. It’s also in an area prone to mosquitoes, so be aware.
