I'm a regular guest at Seashells Millennium Hotel and really appreciate the staff's hospitality and the overall quality of the service. Everything else, including the service, remains good, but I've noticed the breakfast selection has shrunk recently compared with earlier days. I'd appreciate it if the hotel restored the wider range of options that used to make mornings more enjoyable.

The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and comfortable, and the meals were delicious with plenty of variety. What stood out most was the personal attention. The team really understands hospitality and made me feel valued. From a warm check-in welcome to attentive care throughout my stay, everything was handled professionally and with a genuine smile. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Seashells Hotel is a great choice for quality service, comfort, and a memorable stay. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to others. Thankful to the seashells hotel team.

The Coastal Grill served good food and dessert, and the staff were very good at what they do. My experience was amazing and beautiful, with clean rooms ready on time. All in all, it’s a place to be for any occasion.

In room no. 310, I stayed for two days and was satisfied. The room was very clean, and the housekeepers treated me like a king when I interacted with them. I enjoyed my stay and promise to come back. Thank you, Mr. Rabban, and your staff member Rukia, who is very kind and cheerful. Thanks. John E Mwingira, your customer.
