Hanna made us feel at home with his professionalism and care. The resort itself is lovely, with a warm atmosphere and everything arranged so smoothly. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout. We had a top-level stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended.

The beachfront was magnificent, and the entertainment crew kept things fun with their kindness and energy. Thanks, Pascal. We also appreciated how carefully they handled mosquitoes, spraying the rooms each night for extra comfort. The rooms stayed spotless throughout our stay, and the food was exceptional. Many thanks to Hanna, the restaurant manager, and the chef. It was a dreamy location and a magical, unforgettable experience. We're very grateful.

A really relaxing stay, with daily activities, evening entertainment, and a lovely clean pool. There were sunbeds by both the pool and beach, and the garden was beautifully kept. Our room was clean too. The bathroom fixtures felt dated and could use some maintenance, though, and the mattress was worn and very uncomfortable.

Our five-day honeymoon at Mandarin resort was incredible. The beach, pool, and sunsets were the most beautiful we've ever seen, and the chef and hospitality team made the food and service amazing from start to finish. We finished with a beach seafood dinner of lobster, prawns, fish, and calamari, with champagne. Hanna deserves a special mention for making our food and drinks experience so lovely. Pascale and DJ Khalid from the animation team made the trip even more fun!
