The owner thoughtfully sent wine for my birthday, and the staff were exceptional and always available. I had a spacious room with a road-facing balcony, ceiling fan, air conditioning, private bathroom, and seating area. There was also an indoor pool, a terrace in the back yard, and rooftop views. The complimentary breakfast had several options and was arranged around my preferred time. The property is in a safe neighborhood, and I highly recommend it for an authentic Masaki getaway.

We had a lovely indoor pool and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and felt safe, and the room was large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic. When the city lost power at certain times, the hotel switched on its generator right away. The room bathroom could do with some modernization. We stayed for three nights.
