The view is stunning, and the staff are warm and friendly. Beach Baby is ideal for a swim, sunsets, or games, but the food is what brought us back. We went twice, once for lunch and once for dinner, and had some of the best catch of the day in Nungwi. The seafood is delicious. One of the best restaurants in Nungwi, and better than the pricier hotels.

We tried several places along the beach, and this was the best. The kitchen looked very clean, the food was excellent and not too expensive, and the staff were amazing, always smiling and friendly.

The bed was quite comfortable compared with other places we stayed in Zanzibar, and the food was tasty, with a good range of choices at reasonable prices for both meals and drinks. Our sea-view room was right on the beach, which was lovely. Some of the restaurant staff weren't friendly, and their English was limited, which is fairly common in Zanzibar.

We had a lovely New Year's Eve with a fire dancer and would stay again if we return. Beach Baby lodge is cozy, with clean, well-kept rooms and an amazing rooftop bar. The water pressure can be low sometimes, but we still had a good stay. There's a private beach where you can relax and enjoy the waves. Local sellers aren't allowed into the area, which can be a positive at times, and a Massay worrier secures the hotel at night.

You can swim in the ocean and watch amazing sunsets from this beautiful tropical sandy beach. The small hotel sits right on Zanzibar's north coast, and the rooms are large, stylish, and clean. The food is amazing, and the welcoming staff work hard to make the stay memorable. I highly recommend it.
