It’s a short walk to the beach, and the staff were really friendly. We rented a scooter, which made the location easy for us: it’s about a 30 minute beach walk or a 3 minute scooter ride to Paje town. Being a little outside town also made it much better value, and we could still head in for food and drinks. The rooms are big and comfortable, with AC, and the facilities are nice. The pool was perfect, and breakfast was included and tasty. The eating area is upstairs with a nice view. There’s a basic gym with no weights, plus a free beach gym with weights in front of the hotel.

The restaurant is open to guests all the time, with cold drinks by the pool and tasty dishes. Breakfast was very good, with fresh food, juicy fruit, fried and scrambled eggs, and excellent local delicacies. The service was lovely too, everyone smiling and helpful, and the rooms were nice and clean.

The location worked well for me, between Paje and Jambiani, and the rooms were clean. The staff were attentive and incredible. When I got injured during one of my outings, they were especially helpful. I’d come back if I get the chance!

I was so happy staying at this lodge with my colleagues. It was a really great time, and I loved the attitude of the restaurant staff. The food was nice too. Compared with other big star hotels and even other lodges, the food quality for the price will shock you. I’m very picky about every little thing with food, but here I had no complaints. I just fell in love with the place.

The staff were the best part, especially Raya, Peter and Abdulhamid. It was lovely getting to know you! The bedrooms and pool were great too, and Jambiani’s beautiful beach is just a 2 minute walk away. The accommodation has 5 star quality.
