Just 10m from the beach, and the breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful stay in this cute villa, carefully managed by the couple. As they say, it’s nothing fancy, but it makes you comfortable. If you want a home away from home, I highly recommend it.

There are plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, and the hotel is right by the beach. It’s a great family friendly place, with exceptionally kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was outstanding, probably the best I’ve ever had. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The garden and the rest of the property are in excellent shape, and the beach is a minute away. We could easily reach all the main places on foot. During our one week at Villa Kiota, we had some stomach problems, and the very friendly, welcoming hosts looked after us with medicine and lots of tea. We had a wonderful time.

A family friendly hotel with very nice, comfortable rooms and amazing breakfast, probably the best of my life. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it’s right next to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Highly recommend!

The staff were always helpful and nice, and it could be a good option if you get a good price. It’s a rustic lodge, though it may look nicer in the photos. There’s construction noise, and it also gets in the way of the ocean views. I didn’t feel very safe walking around there at night.
