The pool wasn’t very clean while we were there, and the hotel was being renovated, which was inconvenient at times. Still, we had a nice stay. The location is great, the rooms are okay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were satisfied overall.

I was hesitant to book after reading the negative reviews, but I had a fantastic stay. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, from reception and the restaurant to the cleaning crew. The location is perfect 👌 I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend the hotel.

The team at Jambo were always smiling and bringing great energy, whatever time of day it was. The beachside location made for lovely late night walks with great views, and it’s a short walk to the main road and local amenities. The reviews don’t do it justice. We were glad we stayed here in Paje.

I was really disappointed to pay for the hotel and then find the AC wasn’t working properly. It kept turning off and on every few minutes and only blew like a fan, making the room even warmer. It was impossible to sleep in the heat. There were at least 100 mosquitoes in the room. We spent the night trying to kill them and they just kept coming. Why was there no mosquito spray? The mattress felt like a rock, and the towels were such poor quality they made you feel dirty instead of drying you. The pool looked very dirty too. There was nobody at reception when I went looking for staff, and the staff were rude and not helpful at all. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
