David took good care of my sister and me, which made our stay really nice. Since our flight was very early, he kindly put together breakfast boxes for us to take on safari. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture. Thank you, David.

Our flight was canceled, so we contacted the hotel several times to ask for a cancellation or a change of dates. They ignored all our messages and refused to cancel. We never even stayed, but they still charged us, including the accommodation tax. The staff's attitude was extremely unprofessional and showed complete disregard for guests. The customer service is unacceptable. Don't stay at this hotel.

Breakfast and the location were good, but staying seven days was a nightmare. I booked in a hurry, and the Booking rate seemed generally okay at 7.5, but the stay was a disaster. There was no WiFi in the room, and the connection in the lobby wasn't good either. The AC could be switched on but didn't blow cold air. I was always sweating after a shower, lying on the bed, and fighting mosquitoes, and I never slept well. You could never find staff. One tenant told me her bag was open when she returned. I don't know whether that was true, but it was the first time I'd met her, and I think it should be taken seriously.

The reception guy was polite and really helpful. My room was clean, with fresh bedding and towels, and the shower had hot water and excellent pressure. Breakfast came with eggs, fresh fruit, coffee and tea, toast, and pancakes. It was a very pleasant stay for the price, in a small hotel with a nice room and arabesque decorations. Thank you.
