Mwezi Boutique resort

The nearby water sports centers made it easy to try kitesurfing and wingfoil, and the wind was excellent during this season. I spent a week at Mwezi Boutique Resort, and it was a wonderful stay from the first day. The resort is beautifully located, with a fantastic atmosphere and a peaceful feel. I loved the setting and the overall experience. Highly recommended for a Zanzibar holiday that's both relaxing and active.

We’ve just left and I already miss the place. The bungalow was awesome, with an authentic feel and a lovely zanzibari experience. It was a real escape from everyday life, with those authentic African vibes of zanzibar. The resort is spacious, peaceful, and right by the beach. Monkeys came by now and then, and it was fun seeing them enjoy the music with us. The staff were caring, friendly, and accommodating, especially with our toddler. It felt very child friendly. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and a friendly kitesurfing training centre.

We spent two nights and three days here. The pool and ambiance were lovely, and the service was great. The cocktails were good too. Food was good, though not great.

As a female solo traveller, I felt completely safe here. The staff were so loving that this feels like my home in Zanzibar now. They can also arrange any trip you want to go on. For my birthday, they decorated my bed and made me a Swahili-style birthday cake. I loved it! Reception was incredibly helpful and friendly all the time, and the people at the bars were just as helpful. A special thank you to Luca, Mo, and the lady who was always at breakfast and helped me with everything. I chose this hotel because people treated you like family, and they made my stay more than I could have imagined. I loved every minute of the holiday. Thank you to all the staff who showed me so much love. I hope to see you all again when I come back next year, this time with my mum, who has to experience it too.
