Hotel Mon Senior

We were happy to spend a whole day by the pool, even though we don’t usually like lounging poolside. It’s large, and the grounds are green and lovely. The hotel is peaceful and cozy, with a playground that makes it a good choice for families with kids. There’s covered parking on site, and the rooms are clean, with regular cleaning and towel changes. The location worked well for us too. The entrance to the spit is nearby, and central Berdyansk is 2 km away. We stayed at the end of August, and the hotel looked much prettier in person than in its website photos. Special thanks to the staff for taking such good care of every guest. We had a lovely vacation and recommend it.

The furniture is a little worn, but it wasn’t a big issue. The food was good, the rooms were clean and cared for, and the staff put in extra effort. There’s a kids’ playground and room to run around outside, plus private parking behind a fence. It’s especially convenient if you’re arriving by car, with easy access to the beach on the spit or Verkhovaya. The area itself is quiet and tucked away. Even in the off-season, we found it a good fit for young families or couples of any age looking for privacy and a break from noise and disturbances.

The staff made the stay especially nice. The manager and waiters were so kind, and when I celebrated my birthday they surprised me with an amazing cake. Breakfasts were delicious, the pool was clean, the loungers comfortable, and there was relaxing music with the bar open. Our spacious room had high ceilings, slippers, robes, and towels, all spotless. It was cleaned daily and had its own terrace overlooking the pool. I’d recommend this for a relaxed, romantic getaway. For the sea, you’ll need to go to beaches farther from the center.
