The staff were friendly, and the location worked really well. Our room was modern and very clean, with a full bath and kitchen. I’d stay here again!

I wouldn’t come back, even if this were my only option. The manager is extremely rude.

We stayed as a family in both the hostel and a rented apartment in Kharkiv, and were very happy with each. The hostel had a welcoming feel, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and tidy shared spaces. It’s a convenient choice for a budget trip. The apartments were another level of comfort, with modern renovations, a good location, and everything we needed close at hand. They worked well for both a short visit and a longer stay. Service was great in both places. Kharkiv impressed us with its service as well as the city itself. The room was cozy and very clean, with a private kitchen, hot water, a comfortable bed, and Wi-Fi. Just right for a relaxing evening. The administrator was a really nice girl, and they were willing to extend checkout a little when I needed to move the time. I’m satisfied. P.S. The dishes and cups were clean too.
