The staff were friendly, and everyone spoke enough English that I had no trouble communicating. Rooms were clean, and you could order breakfast for the following morning each day. They also have conference halls for company events and similar things. The internet was out for a few hours while I was there, though that was the ISP's fault. It's about a 30 minute walk to the city centre, or you can call a cab. I'd generally recommend this hotel.

The menu is really great, and everything I tried was tasty. The pho ga was especially good. A great place.
