My lower back is still hurting after hauling my suitcase and backpack up to this hotel. It’s on the fourth floor of a very old building, with long, narrow staircases and no elevator or luggage help. I arrived at 11:00 PM, after the hotel had contacted me in advance to request one night’s prepayment because check-in after 6:00 PM requires it. They made sure to collect the money ahead of time, but didn’t warn me about the stairs. Since it was already 11:00 PM, I had nowhere else to go and had to carry everything up myself. I would have booked somewhere else if I’d known about those conditions. The staff were unfriendly and arrogant, and answered questions reluctantly. When I asked for help with my bags and mentioned my back pain, they blamed me for not reading the booking reviews, where the fourth-floor walk-up is apparently mentioned. That detail isn’t in the hotel description, though. So here’s my review.

We could leave our belongings for a while after check-out, which was handy, and the price pleased me too. The hotel is right in central Kyiv, just tens of meters from Khreshchatyk, with Silpo and McDonald's nearby. Our room was clean and had what we needed: hot water, a shower, wi-fi, TV, a refrigerator, and cutlery. It met our expectations.

The staff communicated well, and the room was neat and clean. Prices were affordable, and the furniture was good, new, and well kept. The location was convenient too.

We were satisfied with everything. The rooms felt new and comfortable, and the bedding and towels were clean. They also let us check in in the morning without an extra charge.

A quiet, cozy room with all the amenities, dishes included. I'd recommend staying here.
