The facilities are really good, and the design is super cool.

A junky, trashy place, better suited to homeless people than visitors.

Ever stayed at a cooler hostel? Highly recommended!

This is awful service. I've been waiting around 10 minutes to check in, and there's a queue of two people. Please help. They also want me to sign that I agree to the hotel's credit policy, but nobody at reception can explain what that policy is. They're making me fill in details that are already on Booking and sign some additional agreement. I really don't recommend it.

The hostel is gorgeous, clean, warm, and really cozy. The staff are very friendly too!
