With power outages happening around the city, the front office staff were prepared, kind, and welcoming, and helped me choose the best fit from their many apartments. The service was superb, I couldn’t have asked for better. The apartment was spotless, fresh, and had just been cleaned by a housekeeping professional. It had all the practical amenities for a comfortable stay, in a convenient spot right in the city center, yet remained quiet and undisturbed. 10/10.

The girls at reception, Natali, Anya, and Nastya, are all pleasant, polite, and responsive. They understand what guests need and are always happy to help, so it’s a pleasure to contact them and come back. The service feels luxurious, and the rooms have everything you need. The locations are mostly central and feel 'safe' given the current situation in the city. There’s also a comfortable waiting area for before check-in or after checkout. Keep it up!
