There’s a military unit nearby, and it’s far too loud. The apartment and its equipment are old, and the customer service is poor.

I only ended up here because the place I’d booked had no hot water, and with a child that mattered. There is Wi-Fi, a working fridge, TV with the Mega channel, an induction stove, boiler, and working air conditioner, though its remote wasn’t the right one. The microwave didn’t work, and there were no bouquets like the photos showed. The floor was so dirty I washed it myself. I didn’t check the mattresses, but they’re only 10 cm thick and the OSB underneath is very hard. The linens and towels looked about 20 years old, even if they seemed washed. Someone’s underwear had been left drying on the radiator. It’s very dirty, and nobody seems to clean or intend to.

There’s a grocery shop and a cafe right at the entrance, open 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and staff are there around the clock. The apartments are great, and the location is too.

A presentable place in a handy location. The price feels fair.
