Radisson Blu Hotel

A two-day event at Radisson Blu came together smoothly and at a very high level, even with complex lighting and video installations. I want to thank corporate event manager Dariia Kopystyra, booking manager Anastasiia Nezhura, Nazarii, and the whole event crew for doing such an excellent job. Thanks again, Radisson!

For the past three years, this hotel has felt like home while I’ve been moving between assignments across Ukraine. The service, comfort, location, cleanliness, and atmosphere have all been beyond what I expected. What makes it special for me and my team is how the staff treat us, especially Lada, the best guest manager ever. The team is working around the clock, sorting out every kind of issue and always finding good solutions. I’m completely confident recommending a stay here during a visit to Kyiv.

I’m small, and I’d dragged a 30 kg bag of medical supplies all the way from Poland after one of its wheels broke. I also had 10 computers with me. Nobody on staff offered any help getting the bags to my room. Nada, zilch, zip. I’d expect that from a budget hotel, but not one that calls itself four-star.

Even in difficult conditions, they still manage to give guests a great experience. The front desk staff are always friendly and accommodating, and Volodymyr at the lobby bar gave excellent service.
