The balcony door had no handle, apparently for customer protection. Aside from that, it was a very nice, comfortable hotel, with clean, bright, cosy rooms and good food in the restaurant.

There's drinking water in coolers on every floor, and an ironing room on the fifth. The place is fresh and clean, but my room is so tiny I can barely move around in it. Really tiny.

The staff were polite and very helpful. My room was excellent, quiet, and very clean. Breakfast was good too, and the evening meal was very well priced.

It's a well-equipped, quiet hotel with a delicious breakfast and more than 100 cable channels on the TV. The metro station isn't far away. Nearby high-rise towers are under construction all around the hotel building, so you won't get a view of Kyiv's beauty from the window.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a really nice stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
