There was a lot of mold in the bedroom, up in the corner near the ceiling. The living room sofa was covered in some kind of smoke in the hair 🤢. When we went to the office, the people there looked at us like we were idiots, and the maid didn’t say anything. We really didn’t like the apartment. In a word, the bottom.

Cozy place and great value for the money. Room 4 has an incredible view through the windows, and Kyiv is beautiful. The hall door lock did worry me a little: the key wouldn’t turn for a few minutes, and we started to panic that we might not get to the room. It did open in the end.

Big thanks to Irina for walking me through the apartment in detail and answering my questions 🙌

It’s affordable and the apartments are cozy, right in the city center. The manager responds quickly and is polite. In unit 20-2, the TV doesn’t work and the refrigerator is very noisy. There is hot water, but if nobody stayed before you, you have to wait a long time for it to come through.

The apartment was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, and I had no trouble with the hot water. Shops are nearby, and the location in Kyiv is fantastic, close to everything. The owner communicated excellently and shared lots of useful tips for check-in and the stay. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely return 👍
