Vika made the reservation process effortless, so special thanks to her. The staff were attentive, professional, and really nice throughout my stay at Ribas Lutsk. Everything in the room felt well thought out, from how it was organized to the way it all worked. It was also spotless and modern. Lutsk was easy to explore from this location, with everything I wanted to see or do close by. A fantastic stay from beginning to end, and I’ll definitely come back.

The thoughtful letter and biscuits at checkout were such a heartwarming touch. Before that, we had a really pleasant stay. Breakfast is ordered when you arrive, with a time booked, and there’s a great selection. Our bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Tea and coffee were provided, along with a full minibar, robes, and earplugs in the wardrobe. When we came into the room, the air conditioning was already on, which felt lovely after our hot three-hour journey. The team were welcoming from the start.

I had a lovely stay. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, and when I arrived with my little dog, they gave us a dog bed and some dog food as a gift 🎁. A great place to stay.

We’ve stayed here twice with my wife and our dog, and both visits were great. The location makes it easy to walk around, with pedestrian areas and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Breakfast was tasty too. Thanks to the staff for making both stays enjoyable. We’ll be back soon!

The staff were lovely, and even took the time to write us a letter. The whole hotel was spotless and very comfortable, and it’s clearly well run. I can’t fault it, and I’d recommend it to everyone.
