Plazma Hotel

I’ve stayed here several times. The beds are good and the sound isolation works well. The breakfast is sufficient, and it’s clean and in the city center. A good option for 1-2 nights, though there’s nothing special about it. One downside is that there’s no elevator.

I won’t stay at Plazma Hotel in Lviv again. It’s on the fourth floor with no elevator, and the stairwell smelled terrible and had water infiltrations. The room was small but not bad, except the mattresses sloped at a 45 degree angle, so I kept sliding down toward the bedside all night. Breakfast was awful, with very little choice and the few items available were unpleasant. The waitress was the rudest I’ve ever encountered. She nearly threw the plates at us, never smiled, and answered rudely. Anyone doing this work should welcome guests.

The room was nice, and breakfast was good. Just be aware there’s no lift, and getting yourself and your luggage up 8 flights of stairs to the 4th floor is a lot. If stairs are a problem, or you’re not fit or disabled, don’t book here.

There’s no elevator and the hotel is on the 4.th floor, which is the downside. The rooms aren’t big, so don’t expect too much, but it’s a nice, warm place to stay when it’s cold outside. I felt comfortable there, almost like at home. You can come and go at any hour and bring friends. The reception was positive.
