Maybe some people think the place is fine, but I was met at reception by a woman who seemed completely unstable and frightening. She appeared unwell and seemed ready to do anything, even call the police, rather than answer my question. Thank God it's not Halloween.

The room was comfortable and the location was excellent. Be ready for stairs. The staff were very nice, although they couldn't speak English.

The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. Anna gave me a great welcome, she's lovely and spoke my language.
