Hostel Vokzal

We stayed two nights at the hostel in early October, and everything was very well organized. It’s conveniently located with everything nearby, and the bed price is affordable. The service was excellent: clean, warm, comfortable, welcoming, and cozy. The thoughtful setup covered all the details, from the kitchen, bedding, and accessories to the showers, air conditioning, and exhaust fans. A special thank you to Nadezhda and Natalia, who were competent, friendly, clear, reliable, and polite. They were always ready to help or answer questions. We had a wonderful stay and hope to see you again soon. Wishing you peace and happiness!

We left today and really enjoyed staying here. The ladies were so friendly and sincere. Thanks for everything, and all the best. We’ll visit more often!

After 20 hours on the bus, we had children and suitcases with us and needed to reach the platform. The main passage was closed for construction, but the hostel courtyard looked like a safe shortcut. When we politely asked to cross, the older blonde woman with a corgi refused outright without hearing us out. We got no help or sympathy, and the whole situation left me exhausted and close to tears. It was a physically and emotionally draining experience. Someone who treats tourists that way shouldn’t be working with them.

I only stayed one night, and it was warm, clean, and cozy. The concierge was a really friendly, pleasant woman. I liked the stay a lot, thank you.
