The only real plus is the location: the market, ATB, the pump room, and the park are all close by. The room was VERY dirty, and there were hardly any dishes in the kitchen, even though the owner said cooking was possible. There were three of us, but we got only two sets of bedding and towels, and they were in poor condition.

For 450 UAH a night, it’s a little pricey, but the price and quality are about right. The room was nice and had heating, a bathroom, wardrobe, kettle, and dishes, all in good condition. The staff were friendly and helpful, which really matters these days. I’d recommend it.

The location is handy, with a few shops and cafes nearby, and the administration was polite and attentive. The rooms are quiet, neat, and comfortable, with clean bedding, decent furniture, a kettle, some basic dishes, a TV, and internet. All the lights worked. The plumbing could use attention, but the toilet and shower were clean and tidy, with no fungus.
