The room was clean, cozy and good, and the location is great. Breakfast was very poor, though, and the restaurant service was really bad. The waiters weren’t friendly or polite, and seemed so bored with customers. unpleasant people.

The rooms were tidy and cosy, and the staff were friendly. A handy spot right in the town centre.

We stayed for two weeks and found the hotel comfortable. The people there were lovely.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. Our room was on the third floor, and a family with two children was placed above us. One or both of the children have Down syndrome. With the hotel's wooden floors, the noise was like a bombing. Our complaints got no response, and I ended up calling the police. You can find better hotels in Truskavets for the same price.
