Luxury Apartments Smart House

Everything was in good condition and clean, with a stylish renovation in the apartments. Check-in went quickly and clearly, without hassle. Everything happened as scheduled, and we stayed in touch throughout. We were there for five nights and missed having cleaning or cleaning supplies. That was the one small drawback. Otherwise, we were happy and will definitely stay again.

There’s everything needed for everyday life, and the place is very warm. Water is always available, both hot and cold. The only trouble is that the power is out for half the day. The location is great, almost right in the city center. I recommend it to everyone 👍👍👍

They’re renovating the next room all night, and it’s impossible to sleep. The work is still going on. When I raised this with the administration, the boy marked me as a “no show” on Booking, apparently to stop me leaving a comment, but I was able to leave one. Payment is taken through Booking or by card transfer, and all communication happens over Viber. The room itself isn’t finished, with a bare concrete ceiling, and it smells like construction. It’s very small, the 20x30 cm washbasin is impossible to use for washing, and the shower drain doesn’t work, leaving you knee-deep in water. There are two air conditioners on the balcony, ours and the neighbor’s. When theirs is running, you can’t go out there. I paid for the “Suite” room.

You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, so it’s very noisy. The mattress has holes, the sink is clogged, and there’s always water in the bathroom. There’s a strange smell too. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
