The whole stay was very bad. The rooms were dusty, the bed linen was dirty, the food was awful, and the service was poor. Lilian did try to make things better, and I appreciate her effort, but everything else was a mess. I had to check out early.

The place was clean, and the all-women team made the service feel amazing. All the ladies were so nice. Breakfast was the best, with eggs, pancakes, and fruit. The Presidents suite has a lovely balcony for sunsets, so it's worth paying a little extra. I highly recommend staying here. Mr. Canada

Lilian was especially welcoming, and the rest of the staff were amazing. Hendo is clean and well placed near the airport and beaches. They even dropped me at the airport for free ☺️. I'd recommend it and will definitely come back.

Breakfast was good, though it arrived late. The free airport shuttle is a big plus, and the staff were friendly. My room was clean and quiet, and they brought us a fan when we asked. It's good value for the price. Finding the place at night was tricky, so we had to call for more detailed directions.

I've stayed at Hendo hotel regularly, drawn by the calm, efficient all-women team. The staff are courteous and the service is good. Rooms vary with the price, and I always go for the Queen Room because of its nice balcony and view. The complimentary airport transfers are a big relief after a tiring journey. I'm happy to recommend Hendo hotel for its personal service.
