Palm Gardens and Guest House

I stayed for a week. The rooms and other amenities were fine, but the food really needs a better chef. The first time I ordered, I got raw sausages, and the manager still wanted to charge me for them. I hadn’t even eaten them. So disgusting!

I was here for almost two weeks, and the rooms were cleaned regularly. The kitchen and bar staff were kind and friendly, especially Teddy, Martin and JENNIFER GOMEZ. They seemed focused on keeping clients satisfied.

Why was the room I’d paid for given to someone else when I stepped out for the night? I left my contact details because the receptionist wasn’t at the desk, but nobody called to ask whether I was coming back before handing over my room. At 1:01am, I was left stranded with no solution. Is this how you operate? Do you charge double, or did you expect me to stay in until morning and not go out?

It’s close to the main road in the heart of kanyanya, so you can’t miss it. The space is nice but small, so book early. It works well for parties, but not meetings on weekends. Weekdays are better for meetings.
