Tonight was a terrible experience, and I don't want to return to this hotel. I reported that the toilet in my room wouldn't flush. The service lady, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, called maintenance to check it. The maintenance guy said he'd go downstairs and ask her to move me to another room. She handed him the keys, and he ended up doing her job. The room I was shown was also dirty, with dirty footprints across the tiles, and it was smaller than my original room. I refused it and asked him to return the keys to her. So I was left in a hotel room with a toilet that wouldn't flush. Disappointed, a disaster! When I first arrived, I also waited 10 minutes at the desk, but no customer service staff were there. I had to call the Askari at the gate to get someone to come attend to clients.

I like staying here when I'm in Mengo because it's right on the highway and easy to get to. The setting is quiet and peaceful. There's a wide range of drinks, and the chefs make some good dishes too. If you enjoy food, it's a nice place to eat with friends or family.

I came to super paradise for a weekend to unwind and get some office work done, and it fit the plan well. The gardens are lovely, and the gym was fully equipped, unlike most gyms I've found. I also ate at the Restaurant and spent time at the saloon for a trim and facial treatment. Sitting out by the garden worked better for me than the Restaurant side because it cut out the road noise from passing vehicles. All in all, a great time.

I had a really bad time at the bar/restaurant yesterday. The security staff cheerfully welcomes you in, but the lady at the counter is so rude, as if your arrival has interrupted her perfect day. You sit there ignored for a while, and when you call to get her attention, she won't give you any. Long story short, don't come here when you're hungry.
