I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming and supportive, and they gave me a tasty breakfast and juice for free. My room was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi. There's also a cafe and restaurant in the hotel. It exceeded my expectations.

The rooms were shockingly dirty, with stained sheets and little care for cleanliness. The food was bland, cold, and nothing like the advertising. Staff were rude and unhelpful, so every interaction was unpleasant. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable or enjoyable stay. Later, they tried to pay me to leave a positive review, which I consider unethical and highly illegal.

The location is strategic, opposite Italian Supermarket on Muyenga Tank Hill Road in a high class neighbourhood. I love the cool atmosphere and the gardens, with their lovely breeze. There's accommodation for middle and high class guests, and I like the international and local dishes. The fresh juice is yummy, and customer care is guaranteed. Nice place to hang out.

We enjoyed the Beef Steak with Mashed Potatoes, and I quenched my thirst with a big glass of cocktail juice. Service was timely, and the candle they lit for us and the lighting among the botanical surroundings were nice. It's a nice place to visit. I hope you enjoy the service too.
