It's quiet and feels secure, and it's a great spot in Kisoro. But it's too expensive. A regular rolex is 10,000/=, and plain hot water costs 3,000/=.

Nice place in town, with both local and international food on the menu.

The manager was really accommodating, and the food was excellent. It takes about an hour after ordering, though, so once I figured that out I could just head back to my room while I waited. The room is very basic, and the bathroom facilities aren't great.

I was in the new wing, where there was plenty of hot water, and the area is cool and breezy. The bathroom fixtures were poor quality, with sagging sinks and showers and taps missing knobs. There was no WiFi, and the rooms don't have fans or air conditioning. The old wing is drab and dreary, and its bathrooms have only a curtain instead of a door. Avoid that wing at all costs.
