Holiday Inn Aberdeen West

The room was clean, modern and comfortable, with a great bed, plenty of space to unwind, and everything well maintained and thoughtfully laid out. We had a quiet, restful night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with a fresh, well presented range of hot and cold choices. The location made it easy to get around Aberdeen and reach local attractions, restaurants and transport links. What really made the stay was the service: everyone I spoke with was friendly and attentive, and happy to help with directions, recommendations or anything else I needed. Staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived, a lovely start after a long journey. I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn in Aberdeen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

The hotel was nice, clean and tidy, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I'm lactose intolerant, and they were able to accommodate that. 👍🏻⭐️

The location was great, right by a shopping centre, Aldi and the local bus station. Reception staff, all the women there, were amazing, and the women working breakfast and dinner were friendly and very organised. We'd originally asked for two single beds, but were first given a double room. They kindly changed it. The bed in the next room was awful, and my sister fell. Management came up but showed no sympathy. We moved again, thinking the next room would be better, but it wasn't: my bed kept moving, the light didn't work and there was no bathroom heating. We were tired, so we put up with it. The cleaners need more training. There was dust on the tables, the vacuuming wasn't done properly, and used plates and cutlery were left behind. All in all, we had a great stay.

Breakfast at the Holiday Inn Westhill was cooked perfectly and served hot, with plenty to choose from. There were healthy options alongside bacon, eggs, black pudding and the rest. It was help yourself, so you could take as much as you wanted, and the staff were very welcoming. Had a very good visit this morning, and I'll come again.
